      要想不得心脏病,千万别做美国人。

        美国人吃得极不健康。只有这圪塔能发明出垃圾快餐食品, 可口可乐什么的。

        • 家园 所谓垃圾食品,也只是相对概念。美国人吃太多了,所以出问题

          要是把这些食品,给贫困地区的人吃,那可是大大的好的。

    • 家园 第一条的回答是无厘头,但不是无稽之谈

      统计上而言,心跳慢的人比心跳快的长寿,且和运动与否没有太大关联。所以,的确有人认为个人总心跳数可能的确定的,运动越多死的越早。

      我觉得这个可能是有道理的。但是运动以后人机体的功能会改善,由此提高健康程度,进而增加寿命。所以,运动了反而死的早可能并不成立。

      而且,这种情况可能仅仅对运动非常多的人才会体现出来。

        因为心肌收缩力加强,每次收缩更有效。

        不过运动员往往不长寿。

        小时候老爸就跟我讲过,人在运动时心脏会加速跳动,这使心肌得到了有效锻炼,结果是心脏变的更加强健,平时没有剧烈运动的时候心脏只需要跳动很少的次数(相对于平时不怎么运动的人)就可以把足够的血液供遍全身。也就是说,通过锻炼让心脏在短时间加速跳动,换来的是在更长的时间段(日常生活)中慢速跳动,实际上是赚大了! dicovery 有部片子是介绍“蓝天使”飞行表演队的,片子里提到那些飞行员平时都玩了命的炼长跑,为的就是让心脏更有力,能在好几个G力的过载飞行动作把血液供到大脑,否则大脑长时间缺血失去知觉会造成机毁人亡的事故。

        当然这都是大道理,我还是以我自己为例吧,我从大学时开始坚持每天三公里的跑步锻炼,到现在差不多有四年了。平时单位里开会很无聊,我就跟我的同事们在下面做小动作--各自量各自的心跳。我的平均在52-55次/分(我有时候在刚起床的时候量,49次/分,哈哈),而我的同事们则差不多在70-80次/分。算算吧,我每天跑步花的时间也就20分钟,这20分钟的时间里我的心跳在120次/分以上,比正常人多跳了15次,换来的是一天剩余23个多小时每小时比他们少跳20次,一天下来省了460次心跳。我的心脏比同事们的更轻松。
