针与针之间是要通电的，对神经有刺激作用，有疗效的话，理论上是有可能的，可以验证，但是跟传统的针灸是两回事了。当然，你也可以说针灸师是在摩擦生电，但好像没有这方面的研究，电压电流也不好测量。
