碰巧有点时间，我特意去看了一下提到的文章，结果好像有点对不起你的队友。

这篇讲的是电针，根据定义，https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroacupuncture，一对针之间，是要通电的，跟针灸是两回事，另外还是老鼠实验，离人体还远。

第二篇：https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26608664

这篇就比较尴尬了：“ There is conflicting evidence regarding the treatment of cancer-related pain, hot flashes and hiccups, and improving patients' quality of life. The available evidence is currently insufficient to support or refute the potential of acupuncture and related therapies in the management of xerostomia, dyspnea and lymphedema and in the improvement of psychological well-being. ”，

简单翻译就是证据有冲突，没有足够证据支持或推翻。

第三篇：https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27471137

这篇像是靠谱的了，但是不知道为啥这么说：“Our review provided low-quality evidence that real acupuncture has a moderate effect (approximate 12-point reduction on the 100-mm visual analogue scale) on musculoskeletal pain. ”

为啥说是低质量的证据？河里不知有没有行家可以评论一下？

第四篇在这：https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22641307

这篇也算是有点靠谱，可惜两个问题，第一个是样本只有72个病人，第二个是最后这句话：“,might be the specific mechanism of acupuncture”，效果只是“可能”而已。

至于新闻论文，我认为Nature的论文比新闻靠谱，你认为Nature新闻也靠谱，这点我不跟你争论，个人口味而已，没啥好争的。
