stock futures trading说的是股指期货。应该也是批额度，就QFII现在现货那些额度，估计期货上也批不了多少额度，那帮老外应该掀不起多少浪，资本市场一般还是钱多的说话。

03年开放股票市场，是不是为04年底高盛高华的建立铺平了道路？

既然现在很多国家都要查高盛，中国也可以赶一下这个风，查查高盛从中国拿走了什么。现在的报道感觉高盛在美国不敢太忘乎所以，但是在别的国家从来不手软。不过考虑到高盛的技巧，不知道中国政府能不能查到点儿什么。

03年开放QFII投资当时证券媒体报道是不少的，我还记得他们第一天下单买了四支股票，宝钢股份，中兴通讯，上港集团，还有一支忘了。不过当时股票市场比较冷，可能没多少人关注。
