如何结束长达8年的经济繁荣。结果是强行启动房地产，使得美国的经济又繁荣和8年。

实际上中国的国内政策和对外政策的联动是很厉害的：

50年代：对外是一边倒，抗美援朝；对内就是反右，将亲西方的知识分子清洗出上层；

60年代：对外是中苏分裂，两面为敌；对内就是发动文革，把“变修”分子清洗出上层，以免两国修正主义分子唱和。

70年代：对美缓和，演变到另一种一边倒；对内就是文革结束，把激进派清洗出上层，最后演变到亲西方派重新得势。

不过，俺倒觉得，现在是不变不行了！
