那是银行往ATM里面放钱或取走存入的现金支票什么的。ATM的实际帐务都是实时返回到银行的。
银行系统的IT项目做了好多了，这个还是可以肯定的。
不信你可以试试。你去ATM上取款，然后立刻到分行或者网上银行去看你的账户，那个取款的操作已经被记入了。
