一般读者的文章上这个词的用法更象那两个副解.
当然一时也找不出例句来.
我们的根本分歧可能在于对权字的理解. 我觉得
权既有interest的意思又可以有rights的意思, 而
stakeholder并不一定有rights, 所以你的译法可能
引起误解.
我在回复中提到palyer at table, 并不是认为这两个
词一个意思, 只是想说佐立克虽然用了新词, 但并
未超出player at table的含义.
楼下有位朋友说佐立克在用poker作比似乎不确.在
poker中stakeholder是在结果出来前保管赌注的. 结
果一出就什么都没有了.
回到佐立克的文章, 如果它没有承认或暗示中国的
rights的话,就不能说比以前有很大的不同.
Stakeholder:
People who will be affected by the project or can influence it but who are not directly involved with doing the project work. Examples are Managers affected by the project, Process Owners, People who work with the process under study, Internal departments that support the process, customers, suppliers, and financial department.
Alternative definition:
People who are (or might be) affected by any action taken by an organization. Examples are: Customers, owners, employees, associates, partners, contrators, suppliers, related people or located near by.

any group or individual who can affect or who is affected by achievement of a firm's objectives
