为了保持其制造能力，中国政府发起了“中国制造”计划，实行一系列税收减免，与莫迪总理的“印度制造”计划相一致。

为了升级“中国制造”，中国将鼓励高科技进口和研发。根据新的计划，为了升级制造业，中国将采取税收减免的措施，鼓励企业升级他们的设备，加大研发投入。

这一新决定与莫迪周四在全球发起的“印度制造”计划相一致。
