家园 干吗这么多草呢？ parishg水平很高。英文的问题他以前说过的。
不同意就要辩论，言之有物再投草不迟。
我的观点：
1.官员在专业问题上水平低，拍脑袋这是事实。具体这一行为则未必，只有结论-潜在行动，没说前提。我觉得中巴一起白白花钱啥也没有太不可思议，这种行动是可以不用高层讨论批准的？一起笨或者一起卖国？相约卖国，这太不make sense.
2.现在是比烂，烂的方面不同但是都很烂。中国是政治精英话语权太大不专业还很贪，欧美是专业精英贪婪无耻，都到了系统性改变的时候了，不能因为经济增速暂时比别人强就认为自己比别人强，这根欧美的傲慢是一样的。

家园 投草，是一种态度表明 投草，是一种态度表明。
有的时候辩论是没用的，表明态度就足够了。
比如 你上面认为官员在专业问题上水平低，本身就没有值得辩论的地方。因为 不是你说官员水平低 他们就真的水平低。拍脑袋是不是事实，这个也不是你说了它是事实就会是事实，如此而已。
仁者见仁，智者见智，这些都不需要做什么辩论，即便是辩论，也不会有结果。那么 投根草表明一下态度，也未尝不可，并不是什么恶意。

家园 你和它辩论就中它套了 这种东西就是到处Copy一堆东西过来，到处钓鱼，你如果多花一分钟时间来理它都是对自己生命的不尊重，直接say no，关了它最有效。

可惜我不干这行，这钱挣不到，也就不知道他们有多愚蠢了。 知道土共蠢，气愤之余能挣到钱，些许可以弥补一下。 因为土共愚蠢而丢钱的，根本就不可能知道土共是真蠢、甲醇，也就不闹心了。
这么算下来，无论土共蠢不蠢，应该人人开心的。 这世界还真有意思哈。

家园 there is no need to be so sarcastic. I just find it very weird that China can be so generous. Europe owed money to States during WWI and paid dearly for all the debts. I just can not believe that Chinese do not leverage their sacred power as a creditor.
I mainly short against certain sectors in States and Europe because I can easily read their disclosed annual reports and smell all kinds of problems. I do short China ADRs, because some F-1 IPO filings just smell shitty--the numbers do not make sense.

1. Greek GDP is small, but Greek bonds are huge WITH RESPECT TO THE VERY LOW LEVEL of capital positions of ALL MAJOR French banks. And unfortunately, French banks still own the largest amount of Greek gov. even after they used their ECB trojan horse Frenchman Trichet to dump lots of Greek bonds to ECB.
2. Now Frenchmen are VERY short on money, now they beg for "global economic solidity". My question: when China's Olympic torch passed Paris, what those Chinese got in Paris? Is that French way to show "global solidity"???

The IMF's dominant shareholders, including the United States, Japan (EUREX: FMJP.EX - news) , Germany and China, are content that the fund's $380 billion worth of resources is enough. Canada and Australia also voiced opposition.

Note: India has current deficit problem and it will have trouble at congress for financing those rich nations. Brazil has ONLY 350b foreign reserve (while foreign debt is outstanding at $310b!).
The only nation that can ACTUALLY PLAY sweetdaddy role for those arrogant Europeans is China. And IMF this time will ask for all $350b bank recapitalization paid out of China. Christine Lagarde is really cunning.
