家园 【原创】关于高管股票的一件传闻求教在美国的同学 我记得一年还是两年前，在河里看到一篇文章，说美国人发现，各高科技公司在给主管的股票上面造假，倒填给股票的日期，造成他们的股票总是在最低点给他们，在高点就可以卖出获利。据说涉及到的公司非常多，影响很大。但是后来一直没有这个消息的后续，请各位说说，有这事吗？怎么处理了？
家园 没啥处理。就是自查，交点钱了事。 真按法律去办，好多公司恐怕要瘫痪一阵。监狱更不够了。
