家园 个人看法，汉语的一个最大问题是口语化不够 英语的口语化非常强，能够写出来的，基本上就能够说出来。但是中文则不同，很多时候，能够写出来的东西，根本没法说出来。网络的出现，对这方面有很大的帮助，书面的东西，也逐渐的变得可以口语话。
话说多了，语种的生存能力就加强了很多。
家园 现实与理想 就现实来考虑，文化和文字的多元化是反对大国世界霸权所必需的，也是有效的。
但作为一种理想，我希望世界能够统一于一种语言，这将减少多少世界的纠纷。一个正面的列子是秦始皇的统一中国文字。当然，从个人的愿望出发，我希望看到那将是汉文。
家园 汉语可以从技术和商贸上强化 汉语实际上是有优势的。主要是其表意功能有驾驭信息爆炸世代整合知识的优势。处理复杂跨学科事务汉语思维有优势（个人观点，不是学术结论，感觉而已）。
技术上最能强化汉语的就是发明汉语程序编译器。计算机机器码不是虽然语言，计算机语言基本是英语的关键是程序编译器。发明汉语程序编译器有军事应用，那就是以汉语为基础的计算机语言来构建计算机操作系统，要强迫骇客都学汉语，可以免疫许多网络病毒。
中国市场巨大，应该要求外国注册中国市场的专利必需用汉语。微软要求知识产权保护，请先把源代码翻译成汉语。
。外交对等，我想中国人在美国市场注册专利是不能用中文的吧？至少，开始可以选择性应用，成为灵活的非关税壁垒，应对贸易战。中国帮助非洲和拉丁美洲经济建设，要尽量采用中文商业、法律和技术文件。
工程总投资83亿美元的尼日利亚铁路现代化项目，该铁路全部采用中国铁路技术标准建设。这意味着他们将来必定会继续进口中国的技术和机车设备，继续到中国留学学习汉语学者们不要以发表到世界一流杂志为荣，而应该以发表在汉语一流杂志为荣。华裔发表到世界一流杂志的文章，至少引用一篇以上的汉语学术文章。

学者们不要以发表到世界一流杂志为荣，而应该以发表在汉语一流杂志为荣。家园 Some nonsense there Human language only affect the surface of a program or OS. Underneath there's only binary numbers which is independent of any human language. You can have a 'Chinese Windows' and a hacker will still be able to hack it with tools 'written in English', unless you write an OS from scratch, but then it's incompatible to any existing virus regardless whether it's in Chinese or English.
You only need to write a lexical parser for an existing compiler to read a program in Chinese or any human language. But then the first thing a compiler does is to translate it into its internal binary codes from which point whether Chinese or English is irrelevant.
家园 shell script, Javascript, Most hakers prefer using interpretation languages or scripting languages such as Perl in stead of using compilation languages. So the malicious program probably are no binary codes but scripts that can easily invoke shell commands that are now all in English. These programs are not complied into binary but be interpreted on the run.
家园 You have a point there What I'm trying to say is, the language difference is at very shallow layer of the system. Such barriers may block some script kiddies but not hard to get around.
家园 heker tools heker tools and the tools nof system administration are of the same kind, such as batch files, scheduled tasks etc. And they have similar function, such as collecting information and make some configuration change over the net (administrator don't need to go to each machine to do the tasks.) All work remotely.
That's why it related to the language used on the operating system (shell).Imagine a Chinese without English knowledge to work as a system administrator.Then you will understand how important are the language used on the shells.
家园 Not that hard. Remember we're talking about hackers here, not sysadmins trying to do a good job.
Unless you keep the Chinese system completely secretive (which shouldn't be because you're trying to promote Chinese), the hacker can easily find ways to learn to do a few basic things like listing and viewing files. Then he can set up a mapping between teh Chinese system executable files and its english version by simply comparing the file byte pattern similarities. Once that's done he can pretty much do anything.
家园 还是跟语言有些关系的。比起机器语言，更常用的 还是C等中级编程语言。不同语言的人不同的不只是语言本身，还有逻辑思维等等。将汉语的优点纳入编程语言之中不光对我们有好处，对计算机将来的发展也是有好处的。
家园 前面还好说 最后一点难啊，按照现在现在发文章的要求，首发汉语一流杂志估计很难毕业的。
