I chose the ultimate version, not the basic one. This ultimate edition is more demanding, but is really good.
They use kind of bugee ropes to train strength. You can find such things in Wal-mart. It's called "strength tubes." You will want to buy two of short length (22"). Each costs $6. You'll see what I mean once you see them.
The first time I tried the work-out, I could only finish 1/3. So don't push yourself too hard. :)
