你们两位，一个说是泻药，另一个说导致便秘，于是我去查了一下。
百度上，两种说法都有，其中有医生解释说便秘是糖尿病本身就会减少肠蠕动导致的，不是概要导致的。

上面说的常见副作用有一个是腹泻，另一个不常见的作用是大便不正常，怎么个不正常就没有说。
然后我又查了一下，这里有个数字：https://www.ehealthme.com/ds/metformin/constipation/
345,599 people reported to have side effects when taking Metformin.
Among them, 5,445 people (1.58%) have Constipation.
确实有1.58%的病人发生便秘。

答案是原因未明，相信是一个叫 5-HT3受体导致的。
调查结果总体来说，陈王说的这种药会导致腹泻是对的，真理说的导致便秘也是可能的，只是概率较低。
但是，我强烈反对乱吃药，尤其是这种控制血糖的药，这种药应该在专业医生的指导下服用才对。
