有关peer review的标准
referees should be mindful that they are assessing the manuscript on technical soundness. Judgements on the importance of a paper will be made by the scientific community after publication.
有关editor的权限
The Editorial Board Member may choose to contact one or more referees who are not associated with Scientific Reports to conduct the peer review
The Editorial Board Member may choose to conduct the peer review themselves, based on their own experience and expertise
