Long-term (5-year) dollar bull--absolutely not possible.
Fed needs global inflation, esp., USD depreciation to lower gov. debt, private debt and corporate debt in US. Inflation and stagnation for 5 year is inevitable. Just deja vu of 1970s.
Forger is talking about something that MIGHT HAPPEN at least 5 years in the future.
