The world is to be developed and created, not just to follow all that has been developed, that's how the world is moving forward... ^o^

A people without creativity and imagination, and motivation to move forward is a dying people, in my opinion.

Thinking of the creation of engine, and starting of the technology revolution, is just from the spirit of "trying to make something happen", and the valuable "curiosity".

Person who is "framed" is hard to be an excellent person in any field, because what he does might just be continuously 'copying'. Person with open mind could be adaptabely live in any circumstance, due to the ability to solve problem around, in nowaday a problematic world, :-).

For most of Chinese people, tradition is very respected for the long history; it's good because we do have something to learn from our ancestor; but it could be bad on the other hand, like a children born in a environment with nothing to worry, he may be lack of the ability to live in a fierce/difficult situation, and might not be able to live a live belonging to himself--his own life. So 'you get some, you lose some, life is equal to everyone, on this point'. So i will give my kids a very free environment, and let them decide/design their own life from early years, so that they won't feel regret when they are old. They make their own choice, and also have to take all the responsibility afterward. That's how 'independence' and 'maturity' come...
