我最不能理解的就是楼主老是去骂上海的官僚

楼主，你离开中国太久了

现在的问题是他们这个级别的能决定的了吗？？？？？

它在改开前的绝对优势地位只是全国其他地方太不发达而已，现在其他地方发展起来了，上海一没必要、二没能力继续保持全国范围内样样领先，楼上用日韩德国来跟上海比，是不公平的，至少日韩的土地比上海多了去了，要公平地比较，那得拿长三角来比才合适。

也就是说，上海的制造业病没有衰落，只是跟以前的畸形发达相比，回到了跟它的资源相称的地位而已，没啥好大惊小怪的。
