现在不注明是什么花，搞得俺给男河友们送花时心里都很难为情

龙卷风的vista ultimate很适合thinkpad。而且，就T400的配置来说，装xp那真是浪费，速度没什么差距，但稳定性比vista差很多。

另外，vista装起来也容易，解压到移动硬盘上便可以直接安装了，xp就比较麻烦，还得刻盘。

Make sure the SATA controller mode in BIOS setup is selected as Compatable mode, not AHCI mode.Windows XP does not support AHCI mode, that is why T400 boots Windows XP failed 100%.If you have done that,try to do it again.If still failed,make sure the new SATA HDD is compatable with T400,maybe a new hard disk firmware need to be updated for this new HDD.

看看主分区是否是活动分区

另外，我也不推荐ghost系统，最好用正版安装盘装好后ghost一个镜像。

或者至少可以看看硬盘的识别状况。

因为主板上有加密芯片，换下来的硬盘无法在另一台笔记本上正常识别。
