那里问题的根源是水，所以中国给他们无偿修建几千万元的水利设施,怎么叫不关心??中国人在那里修路造医院,当地人受益不少的,还有在那里种地的农民,也把中国的农业技术传授给当地人,至于西方人所希望的那些,完全是按照他们的逻辑却想,中国人有中国人的做事方式,不可能完全按照他们的意愿,总之,中国人在非洲虽然不再是过去一样无私的输出，但是比西方人厚道了N倍,他们有什么资格说我们??
