找工大王都这样了，工作还是滚滚而来，看来Monster是笨兽！
分析师倒是指责经济放缓超过了预期 -
Piper Jaffray analyst Brett Manderfeld was expecting performance in the North American segment to be a little sluggish, but was surprised at the magnitude of the slowdown.
"It now appears that the economic slowdown in the U.S. will hurt Monster more than we previously believed," Manderfeld wrote in a note to clients. "If economic conditions continue to deteriorate and U.S. job creation further slows then we believe there is downside to our estimates and expect Monster's multiple to continue to contract."

现在美国经济放缓是肯定的，但是就要衰退还是例行的在每次扩张后的收缩，我倾向于后者。
今年我们公司介绍费翻了五倍，其他公司好像也在扩招。但是有个问题，我们在职职工的工资涨幅极小（不算提拔的，这是少数），其他大公司也有这个现象。我很喜欢现在一起工作的同事，否则肯定跳槽了。
能透过事物的表现看到背后的实在，给我们发出提醒，不要成为大鳄的点心。
所以对俺们来讲，如果要做扑，一定要做长线……
五六月份是传统的不好月份，买扑应有好收获。
还是说长久以来的规律，但是也很难解释？
