家园 朝鲜战争决策那会才是真自闭 呵呵，出乎老大哥意料外,和美国为首联合国部队作战，岂不是更自闭？！你搞你的我搞我的，独立自主行事,这才是土共风格。哪一天又回到听”共产国际”的指示办事的话，中国又要国将不国！南海、东海都是在既有共识的情况下，别人不尊守,忍无可忍的情况下的有理有利有节反击。若还有人说三道四,就只有练宝典自宫了事了....
家园 他是在说梦话吗？ 我引几例：
中国战略愚蠢表现在部门间不协调上：中国海军在南海巡航，接着戴秉国友好出访，温家宝友好出访印度，成都军区在藏南的边界演习。这正是部门协调好不好。他难道忘了 罗斯福“手持大棒，言语温和”的祖训了吗？
这也算战略愚蠢的话，那美国一边大谈与中国对话合作，一边和独轮运勾结算什么？战略白痴加精神分裂？
据他说此高官一个人不但负责行程安排还负责中国政府的所有对外政策一个人负责中国政府的所有对外政策？ 世间有这样的神人存在吗？
老毛在权力鼎盛期敢说他一个人就能负责中国政府的所有对外政策么？原来亲中缅甸军政府也要放弃政权接受昂山素季以得到美国支持啥？缅甸军政府为了亲美而要放弃政权？
就算是狗腿子也没这么高觉悟吧？
越南则变成了美国最好的盟友这个。。。。。。还是先解释一下越南啥时候成了美国盟友吧
。还有这让南韩日本情何以堪呐。。。。。。
而韩国本来想要脱离美国影响，但因为苏岩岛又重新亲美。如果让出一个位于水面下的小礁就能让韩国脱离美国影响，那我双手双脚支持中南海的老爷将其打赏给韩国。
家园 没看出他水平高在哪里 说了半天都是“敌人一天天烂下去”的口号，唯一一个数据就是所谓6％的经济增长红线，问题他就是不想想为啥有这个红线，很简单，那就是为了保就业，可中国的就业高峰已经过去啦，明年劳动适龄人口开始负增长，以后的就业压力越来越小，所以以前定了条红线是8％，国际经济形势一旦不妙，要力保8％很难，现在是6％，达到这个目标很容易，没看国务院去年主动下调经济增长目标了嘛；用不了多久红线就会变成4％了。。。
家园 中国著名的经济学家们是不计实施后果的 他们要保x%的经济发展，本来目的是保证就业，而实施结果往往保了经济发展，就业就很可能要下降，因为人家要减员增效啊。

家园 他能这么说，说明他已经没有利用价值了 跟做生意一个道理，如果对方破绽百出但有利用价值，这些破绽是绝对不会在公开场合提半个字的，没必要和利益过不去嘛，犹太人算的清楚着呢。
现在他在公开场合一副怨妇的样子，分明是被抛弃了的生意伙伴，呵呵

家园 认同此公关于民族主义的观点 以民族主义维稳是资本主义国家发展历史上惯用伎俩，所谓经济发展维稳功能的丧失，实则即阶层固化致阶级对立趋势形成，欲维稳而不得，转向民族主义几乎是不二选择，我认为这样的趋势正在形成之中。

Nov. 1942 born in a rich jewish family in Arad, west Romania close to Hungary border. (The City was belong to Hungary until 1920. So he might understand some German.)
About 10% population of the city was jewish at that time. In 1942 there was plan to deport all Jews of Arad to the Belzec extermination camp, later the plan was canceled. So his family survived with the most Jews from the region.
Educated at Carmel College,England, the London School of Economics and Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA.

Very smart person, published his first book, Coup d’tat: A Practical Handbook, at the age of 26. Worked/working as a high-level strategic and intelligence consultant for DoD, the National Security Council, the State Department, the Japanese government and NATO. Beside "public intelligence" he is also involved in secretive activities that include field operations, extraditions, arrests, interrogations and counterterrorism training.
Current negative comment on Henry Kissinger:
His last book on China is one such work written by the staff at Kissinger Associates. It is designed to curry favor with the Chinese authorities and nothing else.I know him personally very well, but he is such a deceptive person; he’s a habitual liar and dissembler. Although I’ve spent a lot of time talking to him, I have no insight on him at all. His book ends with a paean to U.S.-Chinese friendship and how every other country has to fit in. I have to review it for the TLS, but I’ve been delaying it by weeks because I don’t know whether it is a case of senility or utter corruption.
