家园 有此分析，佩服佩服 家园 这个问题，中共意识得非常清楚 1949年，情报部长李克农给中央写了一个报告，是中共22年情报工作的经验教训总结，从透露出来的部分内容里面，就有一条：不搞美人计。
至于原因，部分可能是道义因素，更重要的，周恩来曾经在其他场合说过，美人计往往是偷鸡不着蚀把米。
