家园 我想美国搞导弹防御系统时中国也应该关注过吧？ 只是他们自打嘴巴的时候。正式外交只是说关注，而CNN这样的媒体抄作成抗议。有什么国际法理依据来抗议呀？

家园 他们越大声越没道理 自从布什退出导弹协议发展反导弹系统以来，国际就不存在任何限制空间武器的协议。既没有任何国际法说不能发展打卫星的武器。
中国打可不离他们，等他们叫够了，限制空间军事竞赛的协议必然先限制美国空间技术的军事用途。
什么精确制导，精确打击，不都是空间技术吗？

家园 一些疑问 CNN的新闻没有介绍技术细节。我想知道这个“反卫星导弹”是一个导弹还只是一个“运载火箭”+某种自杀卫星之类的东西。如果使用运载火箭，准备周期长，而且能够发射的次数也有限。如果是导弹，甚至发射装置有一定机动能力，那就完全不一样了。
家园 美国早就有这个能力了 知识当时迫于舆论压力，同时担心其它国家也拥有这样的能力，国会通过了法律禁止这样的试验而已。不过美国很快转向了激光武器，现在地基激光武器美国已经非常成熟了，经过长期的试验和测试。中国也同样拥有这个能力，毕竟现代战争，太依赖卫星系统了。
家园 是，我小时候就看到过相关报道 说是F15携带导弹升空到3万米高空发射。这都是10多年以前的事情了。

You saw a missile with a weird track, and noticed that
a satelite was missing, then put two and two together,
Voila! It was an anti-satelite weapon.
I guess that's why it takes 7 days to confirm the test.
It's circumstantial evidence.
家园 "Everything" in orbit is tracked Also, a story about monitoring missle launch: Some scientist launched a missle from Norway into Arctic to study Aurora. The missle was lost and turned out the Red Army destroyed it in flight. That was many years ago.
