世界每年约有 65%的水资源集中在不到 10个国家中 , 而占世界总人口 40%的 80个国家却严重缺水 . 水源最丰富的地方是拉 丁美洲和北美 , 而在非洲 , 亚洲 , 欧洲人均拥有的淡水资源就少得多 .

中国的人均淡水为2250立方米。韩国的人均淡水为1459，印度的人均淡水为2280，德国2096，英国2340，法国3419。以色列260。

需要指出的是全球淡水的65%在俄罗斯和加拿大，巴西等国。南美好多人均是10万立方米,一下子把世界人均来上去了.这样的拉高指标有意义吗?
