My definition of “可靠”is the ability to find something that is the nearest to the truth.

All that you have listed can be the criterias, but may not be complete.

I have the same feeling as you for those “大师”“圣人”“神功”“奇迹”. But we need to be aware of other possibilities. And I think this is the most scientific view.
