Trapped in Libya, they are from less powerful countries, Philippine, Bangladesh etc.
The cousin of my laundromat's manager is there and he hasn't been able to contact his cousin in over a week, the man in his fifties is worried sick, and Philippine government still has no viable plan to rescue its citizens.
12 years is not a long time in the ridiculously exuberant history of China, not at all. But the difference means the world to me, to every Chinese works, studies and lives oversea.
