我是在水木rail版看到的几个美国佬关于我国高铁技术的评论zz，特别是最后，很搞
Actually, they stole the technology from the Germans. It is a Chinese trick. Come be partners with us but you must include Chinese management. In the firs year everything is fine. By the second and third year things start to go bad. By year four and five the ideas are stolen. I lived and worked in China for many years.
In this case the Chinese hired a company from German to make a short rail line in Shanghai with a promise to buikd more. Once it was done the Chinese kicked the German company out and stole the technolgy.

The company developing the technology may be in one country and the application may be in another.

I don't recall Germany ever had the technology that goes to 300 mph, France did, though it was with an empty "train" made up of only locomotives.
