IP issuese, Chinese made cars all look like several foreign cars, the new designs could be needed, otherwise, just Chinese DVD manaufcturers, Chinses car manufacturers would face legal problems.

Quality, mantainance and EPA emission issues.

Distribution, the Colorado guy is talking with several big dealerships in the west states in the US, but this guy has a very bad reputation, especially in Texas where he is banned to do any car-sell related business there.

It would be good for Chinese made cars sold in the US, but it will take several years to achieve that goal.
