Political alliances are a bit goofy but it will be a bit like this IMHO...

Alaska, becomes a free territory or goes under Canadian influence with close ties to the Northwest states.

The Great Northwest including Washington, Oregon and northern California, will become a independent territory.

Southern California and southwestern states will form a territory with heavy trade relationships to China and Mexico.

The southern states and Texas will form a southern alliance with the exception of Florida which will have ties to the Californian alliance.

Most northern states will have alliances to, if not merge into, Canadian territory.

The Midwestern states including the great lakes region will form a close alliance among themselves, and the eastern states will form close ties to the European union..

This is of course after the bombs fall in WW III and closer to 2050 than 2010. Hmm maybe they should make it a game, "How the US falls apart"?

I think he's right but has the timing wrong, as well as the political allegiances. It'll take longer than 2010. More like 2050, maybe 2100. And no civil war. Americans are too lazy.

Panarin's details & timing may be wrong but his message I believe is correct.

I would not be surprised to see a split up of the US AND the EU as well, although Russia is part of the European continent and not of the EU, it will break up in further pieces.

In history ALL big systems have failed, the trigger this time being the economy as it has been before.
