这首Monday Morning是美国民谣组合Peter. Paul& Mary的作品，他们是上世纪60年代最受欢迎的民谣组合，由 Peter Yarrow，Paul Stookey 和 Mary Travers 组成，在他们的传奇生涯中共获得了5个格来美奖，发行了5张Top 10专辑，6张金唱片和3张白金唱片。不能免于60年代的潮流，他们与当年的其他歌手一样，有执着的理想，希望用自己的歌声，传递他们坚决相信的真理，积极投身于反战运动这样的政治活动，而且数十年如一日，并不因为上了点年纪就冷淡下来，仍然非常积极的继续宣扬他们的理念，堪称非常少见的特例。对于Monday Morning这首歌，也有人猜测是不是隐藏有什么寓意，我才不管呢，歌好听就行了。
