You have a valid point on the grey color. Now I agree with you that the grey IS risky to the overall color palette we plan for the room.

As for the bed size, we see exactly the same – again! We’ve already decided to take a Queen in stead of a King. I’ll make a fully upholstered headboard for our King mattress as a DIY, most probably in Shabby Chic style (all off-white / beige / bone).
