My experience:Do NOT trust doctors in small hospital!
In small hospital, all the patients suffer the most common diseases and the doctors get used to these diseases. The inertion made them never think it over and the experience and education of them will also limit their idea.
Remember: Only large hospital, such as affiliated hospital of medical school, especially famous medical school, can offer useful information.
