Dear Dalai Lama, you accuse Chinese government of cultural genocide. Combining traditional culture with modernization is a difficult task, and I also think there is plenty of room for improvement in Tibet on this regard. However, during the 1994 UN women's conference, both Dharamsala and Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) sent Tibetan women representatives. The Dharamsala women only spoke English, while the TAR women spoke Tibetan. Why cannot your exile government do a better job than the Chinese government on teaching the younger generation Tibetan language?
