We have to compromise between the need for individual justice and the demand for long-run welfare. True, you are absolutely right from the perspective you take. But why situation became so chaotic, frustrating and sometimes desperate? Why we have not built up democracy and a mature legal system yet? We have to admit that we did have an opportunity, a really good opportunity, near the end of eighties last century to seek these goals. Why we lost that chance and suffered so much for our unreasonable impulse?

I don’t know if you have children. But I know that when a baby starts learning to walk, it is not wise for you to interfere so much, even if that means she will fall and sometimes hurt herself,probably someone else. When your baby says to you, “Daddy, please help me,” you may assist her, but you cannot and shouldn’t do everything for her, otherwise she will never grow up. Legal system and democracy are our babies. We need to be patient and supportive. Under the current circumstance, I believe we, outsiders, should interfere less rather than more. Maybe it sounds illogic. Maybe someone thinks it ridiculous. But that is life, vivid life in the real but harsh world. That's the price we have to pay. A proverb says “A mind all logic is like a knife all blade.” I still find it is correct. Under the current situation, we should appeal to reasons rather than emotions.
