The 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time is a list of American TV series compiled by TV Guide as a cover story for the week of May 4, 2002. It coincided with an ABC primetime special that aired on May 13, 2002. The list garnered much national attention at the time, as the magazine was simultaneously celebrating five decades on newsstands. At the time, TV Guide billed the list as a perspective of the most "influential" television programs in American history. Here is the entire list:

It’s hard to believe that some of the TV’s Best Loved Situation Comedies were never handed an Emmy: The Brady Bunch, Married with Children, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, I Dream of Jeannie. The list goes on. But did you know that Frasier, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Cheers scored nearly a hundred Emmys, if you added all their wins together? Each of the shows listed (Except Arrested Development) aired for at least five consecutive seasons, bringing it into the limelight. What do you think is the best American sitcom ever? Traveler (黑锅)非常棒

上高中和大学的时候很喜欢看美国大片，现在好象一般了，岁数大了？ 不过越狱第一季觉得不错，剧情和演员的演技都很棒啊。

我是从越狱开始入迷，印象最深的是豪斯医生。

越狱真的非常流行，第二集结尾时，班上有人组织集体放映活动，并且专门开了个小派对。

最近好像国内要筹划拍个类似的。
