泰晤士报 中国制造业突然复苏带来恐惧
上海和香港的交易商把昨日（5月4日）的制造业数据视为中国这个世界第三大经济
体复苏的明显迹象。新的就业岗位诞生了，产量回归积极范围，而且多个行业的工厂在
4月接到新订单。这和去年年末的情景形成鲜明对比。
里昂证券的中国PMI（采购经理指数）的惊人反弹显示了制造业的复苏。里昂分析
师认为，PMI恢复到50.1的水平要归功于中国庞大的刺激方案。报告称，中国政府的刺
激性投资极为成功，加上出口订单的大幅度改善，促使4月的PMI恢复到积极范围。
然而，中国的刺激方案可能给该地区的其他国家造成严重后果。一些分析家认为，
北京匆忙回归双位数增长可能给其他亚洲国家造成新的问题。
里昂证券首席经济学家菲什维克（Eric Fishwick）认为，中国国有企业逆势增加
资本开支的速度，以及那些投资的质量可能给地区造成问题。
这类反周期投资不是什么新鲜事，但中国的规模和范畴可能造成问题，因为产能的
增长可能引起市场力量的反向效应。
菲什维克认为，在价格下跌的情况下建立额外的工业产能会摧毁价值，不仅对中国
企业如此，中国可以在整个亚洲造成摧毁利润的通缩压力。他补充说，全球经济低迷可
能迫使很多企业倒闭，但只要是政治而不是经济影响北京的决定，为国有企业的疯狂投
资提供资金，这种破产就会在中国之外。亚洲其余地区的重工业处于非常危险的境地。

家园 趁敌病，要敌命，有便宜不占王八蛋 TG要是连这点眼色都没有，70年前就完蛋了，怎能撑到今天。彻头彻尾的实用主义才是正道，让普世教徒去进行主义之争吧，咱30年前玩腻的东西，不掺和。

家园 想起去年流传的那首诗了 呵呵。
说实在的，如果作者不是故意抹黑的话，只能说他不了解今天的中国。TG近几十年来从来不怕犯错，只怕不发展。所谓在发展中解决问题是也。以TG的发展速度，很多问题还来不及恶化就已经不再成为问题了（当然会出现新的问题）。
看明白这点，就晓得过去那么多的中国崩溃论有多荒谬了。
