A2.基于我的立场， 没有。为什么说没有，看看这句话的用词，是deplore而不是condemn.

这两个词语义上有微妙的区别。

用词的委婉应该也是俄罗斯签字妥协的一个原因。

我们中国政府翻译为“痛惜”很明确的表达了我们的立场，即侵略不对，但是事出有因。

用大白话说，“二毛，大毛打你是不对的，但你个二货得想想为啥打你。”

当然，deplore 这个词有没有谴责的意思，这就完全是基于立场的各取所需。你认为有，取的是[B]To condemn; to express strong disapproval of.[B]的解释。我认为没有，取的是[B]To bewail; to weep bitterly over; to feel sorrow for.[B]的解释。在文本中用这个词而不是condemn就是一种折中和妥协。
