随便查查新闻，好像最近澳洲确实是限制了大陆移民？

顺便科普一下。下表是美国接受移民排队的情况，分了几组，分别是，其它地区，中国大陆，印度，墨西哥，菲律宾。中国大陆申请人排队等候时间与其它地区相同，印度的申请人在F4这一类别多等候一年，墨西哥和菲律宾等候时间基本长很多。例如F4类，美国成年公民的外国兄弟姐妹，在中国大陆06年9月入表申请的，现在可以来美，排队等候了十几年，在墨西哥98年6月入表申请的，现在可以来美，排队等候二十几年。除了表上这几类，还有其它类别的移民，粗略是这样的情况，可见移民情况是政府可以控制的。

First: (F1) Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens: 23,400 plus any numbers not required for fourth preference.

Second: Spouses and Children, and Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Permanent Residents: 114,200, plus the number (if any) by which the worldwide family preference level exceeds 226,000, plus any unused first preference numbers:

A. (F2A) Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents: 77% of the overall second preference limitation, of which 75% are exempt from the per-country limit;

B. (F2B) Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent Residents: 23% of the overall second preference limitation.

Third: (F3) Married Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens: 23,400, plus any numbers not required by first and second preferences.

Fourth: (F4) Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens: 65,000, plus any numbers not required by first three preferences.
