实在是受不了某些川粉的极端偏颇立场了。说的就是你们， 军胶 和 Xizhi Zhu 。你们2016年大造舆论骗了大家一次，到2020年还想故伎重演？

这段话说的是什么？就是Trump要求一个外国领导人调查自己头号政敌的儿子。这是典型的公器私用。

第一，Trump是总统，不是总检察长Attorney General。Trump无权要求外国机构调查一个本国公民。

第二，即使是总检察长，调查自己政敌也是要回避的。

所以Trump这种行为是典型的越权以及公器私用，符合high Crimes and Misdemeanors的标准，其实是可以弹劾的。只不过大家都知道参院肯定会保住Trump，所以也无所谓了，两党都是为了明年的大选。
