Even for people who live north of the border, in the country that we also feel like just another province of the same country, it is hard to understand the profound change in the States. This is color revolution returning home, and the people are just spoken despite the "golden trumpet" rule (whoever has the golden trumpet shall be able to speak/being heard). With all the might of the establishment and the full weight of propaganda machine on the other side, we the people still prevail! This by itself is a triumphant event and a stunning achievement already. Proud of "the land of the free and the home of the brave".

Secondly, the all important Sino-US relation may witness a golden era perhaps a decade of prosperity and beyond. The peaceful corporation and win-win relationship between the two nations may become possible for the first time, as DJT is probably the first president who would seriously take the Chinese side as equals with long over due respect.

As evidence the Wall Street has already spoken with $$$. The deep dip of 700 points Dow Jones future at that night did not even make it into the next trading day's opening, and turned into a rally the very same day.

The future looks good.
