iGate is pretty stupid.
Btw, a simple outsourcing case resulted in a big turmoil in Canada: it is very indicative of Canadian culture. On this dimension, I have to say that American capitalism is much more efficiency-oriented and will bring hope of next technological revolution to North America.
In the short run, outsourcing is politically incorrect and a job destroyer. In the long run, it is driver of "creative destruction" which pushs America to create new industries and new jobs.
Canada just shows again that it is and will always be America's little brother and raw material colony/backyard.
