如果是官方访问领事馆，随员在哪里？重庆外事办副主任呢？王的市府办贴身秘书呢？这么巧，他一访问，成都领事馆周围就因为“藏独闹事”被戒严了？这么巧，他一访问完，就“严重抑郁”的不得不马上住院采取“休假式治疗”了？有什么事情使得王副市长不得不冒着严重的抑郁症去访问美国领事馆呢？
有些答案那么简单而直接，有的人就是不愿意接受而已。
MS. NULAND: City. So his name is Wang Lijun. Wang Lijun did request a meeting at the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu earlier this week in his capacity as vice mayor. The meeting was scheduled, our folks met with him, he did visit the consulate and he later left the consulate of his own volition. So – and obviously, we don’t talk about issues having to do with refugee status, asylum, et cetera.
