The ALL MINERAL AND GAS rights belong to the landowner unless the landowner either sells those rights to someone else or if they do not get them from the seller when they buy the land. This means that typically when you buy land here YOU OWN THE GAS AND MINERAL RIGHTS. We own our gas and mineral rights and can sell them to a gas company, etc anytime we want.
