It is a very serious newspaper. Better than USA Today. The comparable one in States will be Washington Post. I subscribe to the electronic version of G&M.
I met both Liberal candidates and NDP candidates in several different parties. I was shocked by the lack of experience among most of the NDP ones. Back in States, those kids would not even pass the internal election inside each party.
If I were a Canadian, I would want to kick out Quebec from the Union. It is a cancer corrupting the fiscal situation, the government (endless corruption/bribery/kickback cases) and people (source of lazy Canadians, highest percentage of welfare eaters, more than 50% not paying income tax, but tons of 20s young people totally relying on gov. welfare paychecks).
