I am sure if you know so-called "over-diagnosis." Basically, one can argue that for some of the early-stage cancer it might not be necessary to have medical interventions anyway. Therefore, the "effect" of the treatment may be over-estimated. I know you can find counter arguments but just want to provide more information for others to evaluate this.
