it talks about how he was at the airport and he started talking to a pilot for american airlines. The starting pay for a pilot at American Eagle (commutor airline for american airlines) is $16 800 per year. The pilot then goes on to explain that this is quite a high figure compared to the $15 000 at Delta air and the $13 000 at continental express. It also goes on to say how you have to pay for your own flight training, uniforms etc so the poor pilot only ends up with about $9000 per year. AND THATS BEFORE TAX!

The pilot then tells a story about how a guy who he worked with went to welfare to apply for food stamps so he could feed his family of four kids. the front office at american airlines found out and sent him a emssage saying no pilot for american airlines was to apply for food stamps or welfare of any sort. if they did apply for it they would be let go from the company...
