Is that possible Hua would just get rid of Wang HW, while keep Jiang and Zhang for making a balance? Thus he could establish his position, and in the meaning time, the situation could be controlled?
Probably he was over-optimistic about his ability of controlling the whole situation, and overlooking the those old guys' determination of coming back to power.
