1/ you need a large F, 1.4 or 2.8 at least

2/ be careful with the flash, you do not want to use it!

3/ higher ISO gives you better range of shutter speed

4/ keep patience, the baby moves.

5/ use auto focus, use aperture priority.

6/ to save money, a basic 50MM /F1.8 should be a good start.
