Chalco’s president, Xiao Yaqing, said that he thinks that “the [alumina spot] price decline will be temporary because as aluminium production expands in the second half, demand for alumina will rise.” Yaqing noted that a number of new Chinese alumina projects have yet to gain government approval, and output costs may be very high given increasingly stringent environmental regulations and a lack of bauxite resources. We view these factors as supportive (rather than bullish) for alumina at current prices of about $330–340/t.

这应该是氧化铝原话吧。

当时中铝控云铜最早的说法是高盛的人讲的。他们开始想控（主要是做股份收益，未果，国内委托ICBC弄得）。中铝控最早有说法，但是一直挺保密的，主要他们的地域性保证了控制的数量。明年中铝还有合并以及控的传言。
